"The gunmetal black Zinc planters are pretty much what I'd expected as I'd already ordered the small ones. The look brilliant although they do scratch easily so they need careful handling when positioning/filling them - it might be useful to warn people of these. They were very well protected for transit so they came to me in perfect condition."

"The products we recieved were of good quality. However, the service was extremely poor. Despite ordering the next day delivery products we did not recieve them and then had to wait two weeks until we could contact you, advised by your site infomation. I sent an email to ask if the order had been dispatched, and did not recieve a reply. I then telephoned 2 weeks later to enquire re; late delivery, to be told the order was short of two containers, and i should have been notified by email. NO EMAIL RECIEVED. I agreed to have a refund for the two containers that were not available and told the order would arrive the following monday. I also informed Becky i would be away for the next 2 weeks, and to contact J Barrass, name, address and phone number supplied. On my return 2 weeks later, i had a message on my phone re more problems with the order. Mrs Barrass phoned you re no delivery as promised to be told it had not been dispatched as yet another 2 planters were not available due to damage. Eventually we recieved 8 out of the 12 containers we ordered. We are also a small company and due to your poor incredibly poor service were let down for our own orders, which resulted in us scrambling to complete our display on time. Therefore we would not use your products again or be able to recommend you to anyone. Jayne Wallbank"

"Although it asked me on the website for delivery instuction, which I left as I knew no-one would be at home, the courier insisted on someone being home to take delivery. Also, when delivered the courier asked for a signature. This is contrary to what you requested inside the package. One of the planters was slightly dented at the edge. So on the whole, a service that could be improved upon. K Grove"
