"Delivery of the large Gothic Mirror was very prompt. Unfortunately it was very damaged. Collection and redelivery was prompt. This second mirror was damaged in the same place. I am awaiting your reply to my e-mailed photo of the damage. I am not sure I would want another replacement, but I have been for looking for this mirror for some time. I am surprised at the lack of packing in the box. S. White "
