"The awning looks great, and the cassette and wall brackets are well finished. However, I made a mistake when intially fitting the brackets to my wall, despite having read the fitting instruction booklet very carefully indeed. I eventually discovered some highly relevant supplementary fitting instructions on a label stuck on the outside of the packing box. Technically, it's my fault because I should have read all the labels on the packing, as well as the instruction booklet! Nevertheless, it's a confusing and fragmented way of communicating fitting instructions."

"The product itself is good quality, but, as mentioned in previous reviews, the brackets are supplied with incorrect bolts and fixings, which meant more holes having to be drilled in the walls and a trip to the DIY store. This was a complete pain but once the thing's up it's fine."

"Markise entspricht unseren Vorstellungen, gut zu bedienen, der Markisenstoff war an einer Stelle (Handgröße) leicht verschmutzt. Wir konnten die Verschnutzung durch kostenlose Lieferung des Reinigungssets selbst beseitigen."
