Cannot comment on outdoor use but indoors it has stopped what a vast array of gel and cirtus repellers could not. Would recommend certainly for indoor use. My son, who lives in Reading, had seen your product on the internet and knew the problem I was having with cats attacking birds and their nests in my garden. He was also constantly having cats messing in his garden which worried him greatly as he has a 22 month old toddler.
