"Excellent item: the rats loved to get into it and eat a healthy gluten-free dinner. In two weeks they are all gone into a better world I reckon. It took three days for the rats to get over their neophobia. This is a single-dose (second generation) anti-coagulant that does not kill instantly. The active substance is difenacoum and it needs anywhere between 3-9 days to kill. This is good because the rats do not see any effect immediately, do not believe the bait is poison and all enjoy it. In the final phase of the intoxication, the exhausted rodent collapses in hypovolemic circulatory shock and dies in his burrow."
