"The clock was delivered the following day, as promised. I was in no rush for the item,but next day delivery was the only option. I was able to track the delivery, which was helpful. The clock was excellent and just as described. It looks lovely now it has been postitioned on the wall outside. The clock lights up at night, I was a little worried that it would look a little kitsh, but it looks classy, which is nice.The only downside is that although the clock lights up, the hands don't, so you cannot tell the time by the lit clock!
I would have appreciated a return policy if the item didn't suit, but was told it could only be returned if faulty. Luckily the clock was suitable, but sometimes an item chosen on the internet can look different in reality, therefore I took the chance that it would be ok. I asked for batteries to be provided, but the clock actually took two types of battery and only the AAs were provided."
