"Disappointed that the clock wasn't as expected but we would of certainly bought another from them if we had of had enough time"

"Having hung the clock once to confirm in right place we removed it to put battery in place. Re-hung and hey presto it landed on the floor ! The screw/nail holder had parted from the body of the clock. To cure my tears and cussing my husband had to take immediately away and have it soldered back. Not a good start. I was not impressed. "
