"disappointed with the quality of the hurdles and I asked the delivery man about it but he said he was just delivering them and couldn't help, which was fair enough. The hurdles look a bit past it already, willow spokes sticking out all over the place and when I try to bend them back into the weave they snap. The bits that look most tatty and about to unravel are right at the edge of the hurdles. Apologies for my very basic hurdle wording. I have not addressed this with Primrose yet, so can not say how they respond dissatisfied customers."

"Quality of willow used is very variable. The result is a very poor life span. Local suppliers maintain that it should be possible to get up to 10 years life out of a panel. These have a service life of only 4 years maximum."
