"WHEN THE SUN IS FULLY OUT THEN THE PUMP WORKS REALLY WELL BUT IT HAS TO BE IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT, ANYTHING LESS THEN IT DOESN'T WORK. I HAVE SEEN OTHERS IN ACTION WHICH WORK WITH LESS SUNLIGHT. BUT IT STILL REMAINS FAIR VALUE."
